Your Guide to Subscription Changes and Cancellations

Flexible Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

How to Cancel: To cancel, email support@corespot360.com. Requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to prevent additional charges.

Confirmation of Cancellation: Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent. Please contact support if you do not receive this confirmation.

Service Access Until Cycle End: Cancellations are effective at the end of the billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Annual Commitment: Annual subscriptions represent a 12-month commitment and are paid in full upfront.

Non-Refundable Annual Plans: CoreSpot360 does not issue refunds for annual plans. If canceled before the end of the term, your account remains active until the end of the cycle.

Opting Out of Renewal: Submit a request to support@corespot360.com at least 30 days before renewal. Otherwise, the plan will renew for another term.

Grounds for Termination: Automate360 Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts for Terms of Use violations, non-payment, or suspicious activities.

Notification of Termination: A termination notice will be sent via email, and fees up to the termination date are non-refundable.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all account data may be permanently deleted. CoreSpot360 is not liable for data loss due to termination.

Monthly Subscriptions: CoreSpot360 does not issue refunds or credits for cancellations mid-cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for unused time on annual plans.

Exceptions for Extenuating Circumstances: In rare cases, partial refunds may be considered for extreme circumstances. To apply, email support@corespot360.com with documentation. Approval is at Automate360’s discretion.

Trial Period: If you are on a trial, cancel before it ends to avoid charges.

No Refunds Post-Trial: Once the paid subscription begins, standard cancellation terms apply.

Overview of Account Parking: Account Parking allows you to pause your subscription at a reduced rate instead of canceling. During this period, your data and settings are retained but service access is limited.

Eligibility: Account Parking is available for users who have been on a paid CoreSpot360 subscription for at least six months. Account Parking may be used once per 12-month cycle.

Parking Fee: A reduced monthly fee applies for parked accounts, which will be billed at 30% of your standard subscription rate. The parking fee must be paid monthly to maintain the parked status.

Limitations During Parking: While parked, access to certain CoreSpot360 features may be restricted. This includes limitations on outbound messaging, integrations, and customer support.

Requesting Account Parking: To initiate parking, send a request to support@corespot360.com at least 3 days before the end of your billing cycle. Once confirmed, parking status begins at the next billing cycle.

Reactivation from Parking: When ready to resume full service, contact support to reactivate. Full subscription rates will resume at the start of the next billing cycle.

Parking Duration: The maximum parking duration is six months. After six months, the account will automatically resume full billing or require cancellation.

Written Request Required: To cancel your CoreSpot360 subscription, email support@corespot360.com with your name, account email, and reason for cancellation.

Confirmation: A cancellation confirmation email will be sent upon processing.

Timing of Request: Ensure your cancellation request is submitted within the required timeframe (3 days before renewal for monthly; 30 days for annual).

Dispute Resolution: For billing disputes, contact support at support@corespot360.com within 30 days of the disputed charge.

Review Process: CoreSpot360 will review each dispute and may request supporting documentation.

Reactivation Policy: Contact support to reactivate a canceled account. Reactivation may require a new subscription.

Fees for Reactivation: Accounts canceled for non-payment or policy violations may incur reactivation fees. Past-due balances must be settled before reactivation.

Automate360 Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Policy updates will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of CoreSpot360 after changes signifies acceptance.
