CoreSpot360 services are non-returnable. Due to the digital nature of our software and the immediate access granted upon activation, we do not offer returns or refunds once the service has been activated or payment has been processed.

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time without penalty. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription, access will continue until the end of the 12-month period, with no prorated refunds issued.

To cancel your CoreSpot360 subscription, follow these steps:

  • Log into your CoreSpot360 account and navigate to the billing or subscription section.
  • Select “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts.
  • Contact our support team at support@corespot360.com if you encounter issues.

Billing Disputes: Report any billing disputes within 30 days of the billing date by contacting our support team. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any adjustments.

Policy Updates: Automate360 Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
